Guardianship of Infants Bill - equal rights of both parents to bring any dispute affecting a child before the courts; equal rights to appoint guardians after death; right of mother to maintenance from father to child in her custody.
The Summary Jurisdiction (Separation and Maintenance) Bill - wife can apply for separation order before leaving husband.
